French speaking admin Manager - accountancy practice – Birmingham - Full time

Dynamic and fast growing international accountancy practice based in leafy South Birmingham is looking for an experienced admin manager preferably speaking French to join their growing team.

Large number of French clients so a working knowledge of the French language is an asset.

Job description:

Sending reminders to clients re VAT, financial statements…

Follow up

Legal work: change of director/address/shareholders

HR

Preparing invoices for the practice

Credit control

Admin work

Liaising with clients

Any other ad hoc work

A training will be provided.

Flexible hours.

Starting date: ASAP

Salary: £17,500 to £25,000 depending on experience
