As a Booking Agent the student has the opportunity to work within the
Operations department, dealing with daily reservations in the system as well finding space for new booking, filing, routine checks, reporting and deliveries, etc.

Execute booking agent functions in a travel agency setting.
Answer and respond to inquiries made to travel agencies.
Book airline tickets for passengers on the date of their travel.
Arrange reservations and book accommodation in hotels for travelers.
Confirm reservations or change in travel plans to passengers or customers.
Provide travel plans, travel tickets and suitable accommodation to travelers.
Interact with other travel agents in other locations for extended customer service.
Ensure quality services in the functions of booking agent duties.

Working exclusively on a B2B basis, it delivers outstanding services to International Tour Operators, Online Travel Agencies, Independent Travel Agencies, Coach companies and Carriers such as Airlines, Ferry and Cruise companies.

Mandatory: studying tourism, hospitality. Be available for 5 or 6 months.

First Skype interview with PIC Management and presentation of vacancies. Confirm the vacancy with your school (internship agreement) and activate your application.
Fee charged only once the internship is secured with the host company you previously chose. 385 euros for a 3 months internship, 15 euros/additional week
