Successful international very innovative Luxury Skincare brand is looking to recruit a Product
Development Manager with Beauty product background, ideally skincare. Your role will be the
management of 360 degrees product development: managing the entire supply chain, from concept
to industrial production and market launch. The role implies a very good understanding of logistics
processes. You will report to the CEO based in London.
ROLE:
• Managing product launch plan
• Sourcing products and suppliers
• Briefing suppliers and managing existing suppliers’ relationship
• Ensuring product compliance with local regulations
• Negotiating when necessary
• Managing supply chain
• Managing logistic team
• Ensuring that product/category are delivered to cost, quality and time
• Maintaining existing product portfolio to preserve its profitability and availability in all

PROFILE:
• Fluent French and English
• Graduate in Engineering ideally from a French Grande Ecole
• 4-5 years previous experience in beauty/ super-premium beauty products
manufacturing
• Solid knowledge of raw materials and premium packaging suppliers and technologies
• Expertise in luxury beauty/ dealing with e-commerce and brick and mortar logistics,
Product and Project Management, Supply Chain Management
• Technical and Product Cost analysis, e-commerce logistics and costs optimisation
experience
• Management skills
• Knowledge/experience in eco-conception (formula or packaging) and sustainable
product development would be a plus.
• Excellent communication skills
SALARY:
£40K-£45K according to skills and experience
