Ref: 1081, Full-time Nanny – Live-out – Swiss Cottage (NW3)
A lovely Belgium/English family from Swiss Cottage are looking for a live-out Nanny to look after their 2 and 5 year old boys. The little boy is allergic to eggs and dairy.
Their philosophy regarding childcare « We value a set routine with regards to meals and bedtime. We value education – our children love books! Our 5-year old is very advanced at school and is able to read very well. Our youngest loves being read to. We also like to promote learning through playful activities. We love the montessori method for instance. We like to set boundaries when it comes to discipline. However, we promote independence and allow them to express themselves as much as possible. They are both very obedient. We like to encourage art and creativity through music (dancing, singing, playing instruments). »
Duties/Requirements:
– All nanny duties
– School and nursery picks up
– Supervising meal and snack times
– Making sure the children are always safe and happy
– 3h Housekeeping when the children are in school and nursery
– Good English
– Settled or pre-settled status (or right to work in the UK visa) needed
– Enhanced DBS check maximum one year old
– Valid first Aid certificate maximum three years old
– Original of all qualifications and certificates
– Minimum 2 year experience with contactable references
Working hours: Monday to Friday from 10.30 am to 6.30 pm
Salary offered: £ 12 – £ 14 net per hour (around £ 720 gross per week)
Start date: ASAP
