A nice English family from Fulham are looking for a live-out Nanny to look after their 6 year old twin boys. (The previous nanny stayed for 4 years)
Their philosophy regarding childcare « Firm but fair! We believe children, especially boys, need to have a good understanding of boundaries and what is expected of them. We believe in learning through play. With twins it is important to view the children as individuals.
We are full time working parents and so the children are used to having someone else with them but our messages must be consistent. We want our children to grow up understanding the importance of respect, good manners and kindness, and these traits to be at the core of their being. »
Duties/Requirements:
– All nanny duties
– Supervising meal and snack times
– Making sure the children are always safe and happy
– French, English or Spanish speaker
– Settled or pre-settled status (or right to work in the UK visa) needed
– Enhanced DBS check maximum one year old
– Valid first Aid certificate maximum three years old
– Original of all qualifications and certificates
– Minimum 2 year experience with contactable references
Working hours: Monday to Friday from 3 pm to 6.30 pm. (Contract based on minimum 20h per week) (Additional hours during school holidays and babysitting)
Salary offered: £ 13 – £ 15 net per hour (around £ 338 gross per week)
Start date: 18 October 2021
