Recruitment Consultant - Technology (Technical & Commercial roles)

The greatest irony about the recruitment industry is that we’re so busy negotiating the work/life balance for our candidates we fail to focus on our own. Early starts, late finishes and the 60 hour week are the norm. But ask yourself the question, is this approach really necessary? Four years ago we decided to rethink the working week at Nicholson, and conducted an experiment and gave everybody in the company Fridays off, permanently! The experiment was a huge success and we’ve enjoyed year on year growth ever since.

At Nicholson, we specialise in working with start-up and early-stage businesses across Europe and North America. We have ambitious growth plans and we now need new Consultants to join our London office.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be in charge of:

 Developing your business development strategy for your client portfolio

 Conquer new clients through your prospecting actions

 Identify, contact and qualify candidates

You need to be prepared to work hard, have a passion for people and business and be a natural networker. If you have that mix, we want to hear from you!
