Role
You will be responsible for all areas of the kitchen, including cleaning, prepping, busy service and menu development.
You will be responding to the Store Manager and the Development team.
Responsibilities include:
Day to Day Running of the Kitchen
Stock control: supplier liaison, daily ordering, involved in stock counting, food wastage control
Due Diligence: Hygiene, H&S Records & Cleaning Rosters
