You’d be joining a creative, fast-growing start up video agency and content studio, who works with really cool brands. We have a mega versatile and collaborative culture, and are looking for self starting personalities.
This role is crucial to the smooth running of the agency and you’ll be the glue that holds everything together. You’ll be the heart of the agency ensuring all processes run efficiently and being on hand to help out whoever & wherever you can!
Native French, or a fluent French speaker (some of the admin will be with France/in French)
4 years min. of experience of running and coordinating activities and admin within an agency/start up environment
Extreme sense of organisation
Dynamic, fast working, with good common sense, ability to take initiatives and attention to detail
Fast and accurate with computers (specifically Google Suite)
Overall personality fit is also very important here: we’re looking for a fun, energetic, extremely sociable person, with have a (dark) sense of humour to get on with the rest of the team. Please mention a giant squid in your application.
A typical day for you could involve;
Being the friendly and welcoming face of the agency and ensuring our visitors have the best experience possible
Coordinating the recruitment activity and liaising with external recruitment partners / welcoming newbies
HR administration where needed
PA duties to the Directors
Holiday and sickness management
Building and facilities management
Procurement of any supplies needed
Other ad-hoc tasks to contribute to the day to day running of the agency
