Overview

The Relationships Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the Chamber’s members are engaged, satisfied and retained, with a special focus on our Active level of membership.
The Relationships Team’s main role is to ensure representatives from our 400 member companies are engaged in their membership and connect with one another, creating opportunities within the French Chamber’s dynamic and multicultural network. The French Chamber membership is cross-sectoral and includes SMEs and entrepreneurs, as well as many of the largest French multinationals operating in the UK.
Working closely with the Head of Relationships & Governance, this role will involve interactions with the rest of team, particularly with the Commercial, Communications and Events teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

Managing relationships with members (focus on Active level of membership)
Deliver all updates and administration for members including CRM
Manage the Member Privileges Offers program (online platform for members to promote their products or services to other members).
Deliver range of planning, monitoring and reporting on Relationships and prepare for internal and external meetings (briefs, members news etc)
Ensure general operational and administrative support to the Head of Relationships
Answer phone and email enquiries

Skills

Outstanding organisational skills, attention to detail and thoroughness
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting with participants at all levels of seniority, whether by email, phone or face-to-face
Good knowledge of basic IT tools (MS Office, Outlook, research on Internet, etc.)
Previous experience of using a CRM
Fluency in French

Experience

Business qualification or equivalent experience
At least 1 to 2 years’ experience in Client relations environment
Experience with international/multicultural environment desirable

ABOUT THIS POSITION

The salary for this position is £22,000 annually (+ performance-linked bonus)
Pension 4% after 3 months
Private Medical Insurance and Income Protection Insurance after 3 months of service
Holidays: 25 days per annum in addition to 3 days of holiday at Christmas
Our working hours are Monday 09.00-17.00. Some events, including all in-person events, take place outside of office hours.
We offer a hybrid working model and the Relationships Coordinator will be required to attend our office in Waterloo, London on a weekly basis (2 to 3 days per week).
The right to work in the UK is a requirement for this role, and we will not cover any sponsorship cost.
