Kodak Alaris is currently expanding its European Customer Service team, based in Hemel Hempstead, and we are looking for ambitious and energetic bilingual speakers, with English and addition fluency in either German or French, to join our company at this very exciting time!
What you will be doing…
This role will initially be on a 6 month fixed term contract, with a strong probability to convert into a permanent contract at the end of the initial period. Successful candidates will be working as part of an established, supportive team, and will be the day-to-day link between the customer and everyone else in the supply chain - from Sales and Planning to Logistics and Credit Control. This will involve proactively managing orders, responding to queries, raising credits and using your initiative to ensure that orders go through without a hitch.
What we are looking for…
If you’ve worked in a Customer Service environment before that would be great, but previous experience is not necessary. You just need great communication skills and a desire to provide excellent service. You must be a good team player who enjoys solving problems and have some knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel. Empathy, a positive mind-set and strong organisational skills are, of course, essential.
