JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
In order to capitalise on increasing new business opportunities in France, they wish to recruit a French speaking Sales Account Manager. Your role will cover the following responsibilities:
- Organising direct sales opportunities to the public of premium consumer brands
- Planning and executing sales campings in major retail locations in France (such as shopping centres and retail parks)
- Representing the Company and the Client in the French market
- Recognising client requirements influenced by local market variations and converting them into strategies
- Assisting with forecasting and budgeting
- Building campaigns locally and finding country specific revenue streams
- Liaising with local venue management companies
- Liaising with staffing agencies on staff placement, training and performance
- Recruiting and training local teams of field sales agents.
- Managing those teams remotely as well as doing regular local site visits.
- Visiting and monitoring field sales activities.
- Effectively feeding back suggestions and client requests into the organisation.
CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION
- Fluency in French AND English is essential
- Previous experience in working for a consumer brand.
- Experience in account management (ideally within the marketing, promo or events industry).
- A proven track record of building long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Previous experience in working with targets and KPIs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in Google Suite, CRM and MS Office programs.
- A university degree or equivalent qualification.
SALARY
The basic salary will be paid as a contractor, the equivalent of 30,000-35,000 EURO + commission (OTE c 45,000 EUROS)
