MaritzCX, an InMoment company, is a leading global customer experience company.
We are looking to engage client-focused native French candidates as Customer Satisfaction Telephone Interviewers, to work in the comfort of their own home!
The role involves conducting customer satisfaction interviews by telephone with individuals around the world, gathering valuable information regarding customer satisfaction that will assist our clients in producing higher levels of customer service.
We have both consumer projects and business to business projects and there is no selling involved.
Full Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday (no Thursdays), 12:30pm-7:30pm
Half Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday (no Thursdays), 3.30pm-7.30pm.
Working for us is flexible, you can book your shifts on a weekly basis, and we ask that you can be available for a minimum of 3 shifts per week.
Interviewer pay rates per hour: from £8.72ph + Holiday Pay
Applicants must have a quiet place to work, have their own laptop or desktop computer with a broadband connection and a phone number to accept incoming calls. This would be at no additional cost.
Candidates must be residents and qualified to work within the UK.
Experience is preferred but not essential as remote full training is provided, and there is an immediate start for successful applicants.
