• JOB TITLE: Events & Communications Coordinator
• MISSIONS:

Managing the social media activation:
o Submit the communication calendar (FB/INSTAGRAM/TWITTER) every 2 weeks on Monday for approval with contents and images (see framework)
o Suggest way to recruit new fans with budget for approval if budget necessary (example: contest for father’s day ect…)
o In charge of the OTW’s imagery and video: Submit moodboard and budget for approval and organize shooting photo if necessary or image/video purchasing
o Create the twitter page
o Do a monthly reporting and suggest corrective action to optimize the social media efficiency (see KPI’s)
o One big event to organise as a Project Manager per internship -
Assuring OTW notoriety/Visibility:
o Represent OTW on networking meeting
o In charge of community management: answering to social media messages
o In charge of our customers database activation: website blog and newsletters
o Identify influencers & bloggers and activate them
o Tag our wine merchant prospects
o Assist the Manager on implementing “Google my Business” page
o Use properly the social media tools to boost our visibility: #HASTAG ect… -
Supporting our B2B events’ organisation:
o In charge of the events’ preparation: gathering material …
o Doing the catering during events -
Assuring our B2C events’ activation:
o Managing the event promotion: submit social media posts for approval/ event brite implementation / tickets sales follow up / push the information on our website/ assure a good visibility (tag pages ect…)
o In charge of post event activation -
Developing the B2C event activity:
o Identifying new prospect and nurture the prospect list
o Optimizing the tools and develop new once if necessary: events brochure ect…
o Submit new thematic for B2C events
o Assisting the Manager on the Club offer development -
Assisting the Manager on the new website development
2019 OBJECTIVES:
- Increase our fans from 500 to 800 by the end of 2019
- Recruit local fans versus French ones
- Ensure a good flow of communication and good e-ratings (FB and google)
- About + 20 B2C events in 2019
REMUNERATION:
- Lunch paid by the company
- Transportation card
- Mobile phone provided
- £10/hour on events
- £100/month depending on results
