Sadly, one of the flatmates is relocating in New-Zealand and so a double room will be available on the 1st of March!
It is a bright double room (for single use) with double bed, huge wardrobe, bedside table and a desk. You will be sharing your bathroom with 2 of the other flatmates (the 3 others have their own). The bathroom has toilets and bathtub.
The 2 other flatmates are working with different schedules, therefore this allows the bathroom not to be crowded in the morning.
It is a detached 5-bedroom house that has a big kitchen with full amenities (dishwasher, 3 fridges, oven, induction hob, all tableware furnished), a huge dining room and living room as per the picture. A TV is available as well and a huge sofa makes Saturday night binge watching pretty cool!. The common areas are very bright with sliding doors with view on the garden.
The rear garden, very quiet and green - perfect for barbecues in the summer!
You also have the possibility to park a car in front of the house.
There is the Mill Hill East tube station (Northen line) - 7 minutes walk (25 minutes from Leicester Square) or Finchley Central tube station - 13 minutes walk (night tube). There are a lot of buses that will get you to Golders Green, Brent Cross, Wood Green, Mill Hill Broadway and so on.
There are plenty of local shops such as butchery, fishmonger, laundry service if needed, hairdresser, Waitrose, Virgin Active Health centre, pubs, post office, gas station etc…
You will be living with 5 other people, from all over the world (Scottish, American/Turkish, French, Polish), they all are professional in different areas: film industry, bus driver, restaurant manager, software developer. All different background, but all lovely people, ready to share a glass of wine or a cup of tea!
The room is at £540 PCM + bills c. £85 (bills include Water, Council tax, Electricity/Gas, Fibre broadband, TV license).
We also share the common pot for all cleaning products and we do a rota for the common area cleaning.
The deposit is of £300 to buy out from the previous tenant (protected by a Scheme, all details provided along the contract). You will deal directly with the lead tenant on behalf of the landlord who is always reachable in case there is any issues and very quick at fixing any issues.
