Chef de cuisine GAZETTE RESTAURANTS

The GAZETTE RESTAURANTS GROUP is recruiting for a HEAD CHEF.

We have branches in Battersea, Putney & Wandsworth with an expension plan for the new year.

We are looking for passionate individuals to fill current availability and plan future projects.

The following positions are available immediately:

Head-chef, Sous Chef: We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative and fully qualified Head and Sous-Chef to run our busy restaurant kitchens. Our cuisine is traditional French with a lot of weekly specials and regular food events throughout the year, we also cater of the BUSTRONOME Bus concept as well as offering a catering service called MAISON.

The chosen candidates must have experience, a good knowledge of French cuisine and culture and a passion for cooking. The successful applicant will have a good knowledge on ordering and monitoring supplies, keeping a kitchen clean and a team together.
